Archive streaming has begun for the talk show “Replication Techniques for Cultural Properties” held on November 12th as a related event for the special exhibition “Divine Replica Art Exhibition: Touchable Masterpieces,” currently underway at the Onojo Cocoro-no-furusato-kan City Museum.
 
During the talk show, our company president, Mr. Osugi, and Mr. Miwa Karoku, Chairman of the National Institutes for Cultural Heritage, each gave presentations. Following this, a panel discussion was held with Mr. Akashi Yoshihiko, Director of the Onojo Cocoro-no-furusato-kan City Museum, serving as moderator.
Beyond discussing our company's production and application of ceramic reproduction boards, the content included perspectives from those directly involved in cultural property preservation and exhibition. Topics ranged from the origins of cultural property conservation to behind-the-scenes stories about preserving the Takamatsuzuka Tomb murals and the Hōryū-ji Kondo murals, as well as the potential of ceramic boards.
