Ceramic Board Presented to Silver Para Triathlete Uda Hideki
 
Our ceramic board were used as a supplementary prize for the first Koka City Citizen's Honor Award.
 
Uda won a silver medal in his first appearance in the men's triathlon PTS4 at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. He is the first Japanese ever to achieve this feat in a Paralympic triathlon event. In recognition of his achievement, the city of Koka presented him with the Koka City Citizens' Honor Award.
 
Our company produced a commemorative ceramic board of his heroic performance in this sport competition. It was presented to Mr. Uda by Mayor Iwanaga at the award ceremony on October 25, 2021.
Uda was amazed by the vivid colors of the ceramic board and took a good look at it as he reflected on the day of the competition.
Mayor Iwanaga expressed his gratitude to us, saying “Thank you very much for making such a wonderful product”.
